1. Coconut Juice

2. Palm Dates (Dried)

3. A Bowl

Cara-caranya

Instruction

1. masukkan kurma ke dalam mangkuk (tak pasti kuantitinya mungkin segengam atau penuh dasar mangkuk itu)

1. (Put the sweet dried Palm Date (Phoenix Dactylifera) fruit into a bowl) - not sure about the quantity, maybe a handful of dried date fruits or fill the quarter of the bowl with dried palm dates. If you get the precise quantity please inform us.

2. tuang air kelapa

2. (Pour in coconut juice into the bowl until the juice covered all the palm date fruits)

3. biar sejam dua

3. (Let them for one or two hours)

4. minum air kelapa bersama makan kurma

4. (Drink all the coconut juice and eat all the palm date fruits)

About Palm Dates (Phoenix Dactylifera)

The sugar content of ripe dates is about 80%; the remainder consists of protein, fat and mineral products including copper, sulphur, iron, magnesium and fluoric acid. Dates are high in fiber and an excellent source of potassium. Five dates (approx. 45 grams) contain about 115 calories, nearly all from carbohydrates.
